Dear Gordon and Jim, I wanted to take a minute to put in writing what Lin and I have said many times over the last 3 months: It has been a pleasure to work with you two to get this deal done. We know that you spent many hours wrestling with the various players in the deal. While we know your efforts were on behalf of and benefited your seller, we also know that you went many extra miles (sometimes literally) to make this one work. And that has benefited us all.It is increasingly rare to work with people of honor and integrity, where words are still bonds. Additionally, so many "professionals" today are not. this year when I got a firm handshake as I heard "Howdy, my name is Wade
Dahl." Wade had responded to a call from myself and my wife to list our
newly acquired hill country property. After looking at the acreage, Wade

unexpected permit problems with the county that to us, seemed overwhelming.

Hope you have a great 2010 and we really appreciate the help over the last
few years. You have done a great job. I have had probably a dozen real
estate agents over the last 15 years and you are one of the few that I have
not had to follow up with constantly and worry about whether or not you were
doing the right thing for us. So a sincere appreciation for all you have
done. I will say, I have paid a fair number of real estate agents 6%

We have so often commented on how much we enjoyed working with you in
regards to selling our house in Wimberley--now that I have a chance to catch
my breath, I will tell you! We both felt very comfortable with you from the
moment you first came into our home, and somehow knew working with you would
be exactly what we needed. You helped us so much with the final preparation
of our house to go on the market, then with the wonderful virtual tour that
you commissioned, and right on all through the negotiations for actually
selling the house. We never once worried that you would fail to be sure all
the dots were on the i's and the t's were all crossed! In spite of how
quickly the whole sale proceeded, we were comfortable that it would all be
done right--and it was! Again, thank you for helping to make the sale
of our home progress smoothly--we appreciate all you did, as well as your
