I wanted to take a minute to put in writing what Lin and I have said many times over the last 3 months: It has been a pleasure to work with you two to get this deal done. We know that you spent many hours wrestling with the various players in the deal. While we know your efforts were on behalf of and benefited your seller, we also know that you went many extra miles (sometimes literally) to make this one work. And that has benefited us all.

 It is increasingly rare to work with people of honor and integrity, where words are still bonds. Additionally, so many "professionals" today are not. They don't return phone calls; they certainly don't initiate communication (especially when the news is not as expected or hoped). You two have consistently kept us up to speed as things progressed (and, some days, regressed). And here we are today, consummating the deal as we all intended.

It was April 5th of this year when I got a firm handshake as I heard "Howdy, my name is Wade Dahl."
